a) For the purpose of these terms and conditions the following words shall have the following meanings:

b) The ‘Company’ shall mean Advance Electrical Contractors.

c) All electrical installation work will comply with applicable Building Regulations in force at the time of the works.

d) All work where applicable, will be executed fully in compliance with applicable Building Regulations.

e) All guarantee work will be carried out during normal working hours.

f) The specification of the works shall be that set out in the Quotation.
